Mapping the Madness · Honk if You're Angry!

RoadRageMap is a shared map of bad driving. Someone cuts you off, tailgates you for a mile, or brake-checks you on the highway — you pull over somewhere safe and put it on the map. Everyone else gets to see what happens on the roads they are about to drive.

Browsing is open to everyone. You only need an account to post, so that every report is attached to a real person who can be held to it.

The severity scale

AnnoyingRude but harmless — a horn, a gesture, some shouting.

AggressiveGenuinely unsafe driving — tailgating, brake-checking, cutting off.

DangerousThreatening or violent — ramming, following, weapons, assault.

How it works

Report Drop a pin where it happened, say when, pick what they did, and describe the vehicle. Photos and dashcam clips make a report far more credible — never film while driving.

Browse and search Pan the map and search an area, or look up a street, town or postcode. Filter by severity, behaviour, how recent, or whether there is footage.

Honk Seen the same thing at the same spot? Honk at a report. A pile of honks on one junction says more than any single account does.

Flag Anything false, abusive, or that identifies a private individual can be flagged for review from the report itself.

Where we draw the line

Reports are one driver's account of what happened. They are not verified, and nothing here is a legal record or a substitute for calling the police.

No licence plates There is deliberately no plate field. A public, searchable database of plates tied to accusations is a tool for harassment, whatever it was built for.

Reports cannot be edited Once filed, the text and media are fixed. Rewriting an accusation after people have reacted to it is not something the app allows. Authors can take their own report down.

Describe the driving, not the person Reports that identify someone, or that target a protected characteristic, get removed and can cost you your account.

This is not an emergency service. Nobody is watching reports in real time. If you are in danger or it is happening now, call your local emergency number.
